(TO WHOM IT MAY CONCERN)
It has been brought to my attention on several occasions that several retail sites are using this texture on their clothes and trying to sell it for profit. I WILL PURSUE LEGAL ACTION if you try to use ANY of my work to make yourself money. If you think the language barrier will stop me in my attempts for legal action (because many clothing sites in china have ripped this off), I have a friend who is fluent in Chinese and would be more than happy to assist my legal pursuits with translation.

Stop being lazy, hire a designer or go to school and get a bachelors degree in design and make your own stuff to use, ask for permission or PAY for the designs you want to use. Stop ripping artists off. My uncle is a lawyer and he is a phone call away. I won't stop offering my resources because of these people, but it does get in the way.

it really is astounding the way people rip u off i have this other person who has this happened numerouse times and now practically all of his textures are in storage its maddening

Seriously it's happened so many times! It's ridiculous! Clothing stores taking textures and stuff people make and use it for their own profit. Of course, when you put work out there, there's a possibility it'll happen...so that's why artists pull their stuff. Such a shame.
